Salemburg
Mr. William Brady Parker, 88 of Salemburg went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at the Sampson Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, April 18 at Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church with Rev. Andy Wood and Rev. Chris Butler officiating. Burial will follow in the Parker Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM at the church prior to the service.
Mr. Parker was a native of Sampson County, the son of Coyier Clarence and Daisy Mae Naylor Parker. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Carol Jean Cannady and brother-in-law, Joe Cannady. He retired from Hamilton Beach and was a faithful member of Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Ann Parker of the home; daughter, Debbie McDonald and husband, Ralph of Aberdeen; son, Ken Parker and wife, Roberta of Roseboro; his loving granddaughters, Meghan Core and husband, Ethan of Dunn and Sydney Parker and boyfriend, Josh Baggett of Roseboro; and a multitude of sister and brother-in-laws and nieces and nephews. He also loved his fur babies.
