Mr. Rodger Carlie Strickland, 81 went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Strickland was a native of Columbus County, the son of Carlie Wilbert and Mable Louise Nobles Strickland. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Mary Autry Strickland; his son, Karl Ray Strickland; and his sister, Carol Harris (Earl).
