Nicholas Anthony Martinez, 35 passed away Monday, October 8, 2018.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Galilee Freewill Holiness Church, 3525 Sunnyside School Road, Fayetteville, officiating will be Rev. Jerry Groves and Rev. Jeff Burkhardt. Burial will follow at Thompson Family Cemetery.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Buck Bell; and his paternal grandparents, Thomas Pickett Townsend, Sr. and Thelma Pickens.
He was a United States Navy Veteran.
He is survived by his mother & step-father, Shirlene & Thomas Pickett Townsend, Jr.; daughter, Haley Martinez; father & step-mother, Peter & Virtina Martinez; step-daughter, Niya Palma; step-son, Matthew Jones; sisters, Kimberly Izaguirre, Amanda & Cheyenne Townsend and Zena Bell; brother, Joseph Townsend; half-sisters, Stephanie & Valarie Martinez; nieces, Mekenzie & Michaela; nephews, Kylan, Jr, Isiah, MJ, Alex and Noah; grandmother, Minnie Bell; girlfriend, Casey Craig; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2:00pm to 2:45pm Wednesday at the church prior to the service.
