Mr. Jerry Randle Pierson went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with Rev. Tommy Honeycutt officiating.   Burial will follow at the Oak Ridge Cemetery in St. Pauls.

The family will receive friends from 1:00  -  1:50 PM on Monday at the funeral home prior to the service.

He was born on August 5, 1956 in Stugart, Germany.  He was the son of James Leroy and Juanita Vinson Pierson.  He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Tammy Lynn Waddell; brother, Bucky Pierson; two sisters, Janet Fisher and Jean Autry.  He worked for PWC in Fayetteville.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Deborah Pierson of the home; four sisters, Judy Lucas (Dwight), Jill Vogler (Keith), Joann Umphlet (Jeff), and Lisa O’Nan (Ron) all of Fayetteville.
