Mrs. Jeannette Young Draughon, 81 of Clinton passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at her home.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 19 at Holland’s Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Billy Hall officiating.  Burial will follow in the Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Salemburg.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM - 1:50 PM at the church prior to the service.

She was born on February 29, 1940 to the late James Ottis Young and Trecia Carroll Young.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Carroll Draughon.

She is survived by two daughters, Rhonda D. Green and husband, Lyn of Fuquay Varina and Renee D. Carroll and husband, Mike of Raleigh; son, Randy Draughon and wife Deborah of Garner; four brothers, Ray Young and wife, Christine of Clinton, Glenn Young and wife, Willeen of Lawton, Oklahoma, Clark Young of Deltona, Florida and Tony Young and wife, Becky of Roseboro; grandchildren, Andrew Draughon, Chris Draughon and wife, Jessica, Michael Draughon and wife Paige, Stephen Draughon, Carson Carroll, Caleb Carroll, Jamie Antignani and husband, Jon, Megan Foley and husband, Patrick, Alex Anderson and husband, Steven and Quaid Harding; eight great grandchildren, Sylar Draughon, Harper Draughon, Blake Foley, Lucie Anderson, Ellison Foley, Aven Anderson, Scarlett Draughon and Remy Grace Foley.

Memorial may be made to Holland’s Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2069 Huntley School Road, Roseboro, NC  28382 or to one’s favorite charity.
