Gary Lee Horne, 58 passed away on Friday, March 26, 2024 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
Gary is preceded in death by his father, Buriel Jessup Horne; and his brother, Johnny Horne.
Gary enjoyed tractors, farming and taking care of pigs.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Elma Jean (Hall) Ortega & step-father, Bart A. Vitti; and a brother, Robert Allen Horne of Johnstown, CO.
