Ms. Donna Holland Cannady, 58 of Clinton went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 5, 2024 at Mount Moriah United Methodist Church with Reverend Andy Wood and Reverend Chris Butler officiating. The burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Salemburg.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.

Ms. Cannady was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of Glenn and Beatrice Faircloth Holland.  She was preceded in death by her father and daughter, Abby Cannady.  She was a former teacher’s assistant and bus driver for the Sampson County Schools.  She was a member of Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son, Cody Cannady and wife, Heather of Clinton; daughter, Jada Cannady of Clinton; two grandchildren, Cooper Cannady and Carlee Cannady; Mother, Beatrice Faircloth Holland of Clinton; sister, Linda McLamb and husband, Eric of Clinton; two nephews, Shannon McLamb and Taylor McLamb both of Clinton.
