Curtis "Curty" Henry Faircloth, III, 48 passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023.
The family is planning a memorial gathering for Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Curty's home (1674 Josh Sessoms Road, Roseboro).
Curtis is preceded in death by his brother, David Lee Revels; and his paternal grandparents, Curtis Faircloth, Sr. and Virginia Wood Faircloth; maternal grandparents, Jesse James Humphrey and Barbra Pierce Parquey; paternal uncle, Ray Faircloth; maternal aunt, Debbie Jones; and nephew, Brandon Dewitt.
Curtis graduated from Cape Fear High School in 1993. After some college at FTCC, Curty went into the family plumbing business with his Dad. Curty was a plumber for over 30 years, completing his career working for Micheal Smith at MLS Plumbing.
If you would ask his customers about him they would rave about his knowledge and ability, but they would often wonder...Curty where are your shoes? He would always say, "I can outwork anyone in my bare feet or flip flops, and HE WAS RIGHT.
He leaves to cherish, his memory, his loving wife whom he married on September 24, 1994, Christina Faircloth; son, Ryan Faircloth; daughter, Reilly Faircloth; “adopted son”, Dakota McFadden all of the home; mother, Brenda Burchette (Dewayne) of Roseboro; father, Curtis Henry Faircloth, Jr. (Sharon) of Roseboro; sister, Tina Faircloth Gray (Jay) of Fayetteville; nephew, Cadan Tyndall; niece, Marlee Gray; nephew, Wyatt Revels; mother and father-in-law, Linda and Randy Grim of Spring Lake; sister-in-law, Ricki McMillian of Spring Lake; niece, Becky Dewitt; nephew, Michael Dewitt; sister and brother-in-law, Sallie and Richard Ayala of Walterboro, SC; niece, Jasmin Ayala; and nephew, Junior Ayala
