Autryville

Mrs. Clara Dean Honeycutt, 85 of Autryville went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 4, 2023 at the Harnett Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Baptist Chapel Church with Rev. Alan Roberts officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 1:50 PM at Baptist Chapel Church on Tuesday prior to the service and at other times at the home of Joe and Charylene Honeycutt, 964 Baptist Chapel Road, Autryville, NC.

Mrs. Honeycutt was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of Percy C. and Vada Jane Jackson Wrench.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Willie Earl Honeycutt; granddaughter, Amanda Honeycutt; sister, Willa Jane Wrench and two brothers, Hubert Wrench and Sherril Wrench.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda H. Valdez and husband, Efrain of Autryville; two sons, Joe Honeycutt and wife, Charylene of Autryville and Greg Honeycutt and wife, April of Autryville; three grandchildren, Cheryl Montgomery and husband, Mike, Brian Honeycutt and wife, Stephanie and Carson Honeycutt.

Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro, NC.
