Celestine White Obituary

ROSEBORO

Mrs. Celestine Royal White, 80 of Roseboro, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Freedom Baptist Church with Reverend John Cuthill and Reverend Bryan Strickland. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00-1:50 PM at the church prior to the service.

Celestine was born June 26, 1941 in Sampson County and was the daughter of Hubert and Dossie McLamb Royal. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Larry Thomas White, Sr. She was a cafeteria worker for 16 years with Roseboro-Salemburg Middle School.

She is survived by her son, Larry White, Jr. of Roseboro; her daughter, Sherry Eddy of the home; her brother, Allen Royal and wife Patty of Roseboro; two grandchildren, Aaron Eddy, Caleb Eddy; and one great grandchild, Anna Blair Eddy.
