Zachary Michael Middleton, 28 passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.
Funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Rivers of Faith Church, officiating will be Pastor Kenneth Jones and Pastor Helen Hysell.
The family will receive friends from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM Tuesday at the church prior to the service.
He is preceded in death by his Loving Papa, Michael Middleton.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Aleytys Middleton; children, Kyndal, Laykyn and Amelia Middleton; Loving Nana, Kathy Middleton; father, Christopher Middleton; mother, Jessica Bittner; brothers, Knotis and Lyric Middleton; sisters, Brynkly and Tynly Middleton; and aunts, Cyndi Middleton and Janel Kebort.
