Willie Paul "Rob" Vinson, 63

Mr. Willie Paul "Rob" Vinson, 63 of 9817 NC Highway 210 S., Autryville, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

The funeral will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, September 2, at Seed Time Worship Center, 131 Rich Road, Garland, with Reverend Daniel Rich officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery, Autryville.

Born July 2, 1954 in Sampson County, he was the son of the late Willie J. "Penny" Vinson and Sadie Carter Vinson. He retired as a Farm Manager from Prestage Farms.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda Norris Vinson; mother, Sadie Carter Vinson; daughters, Amber Vinson, Tina Owens, Amy Simpson; son, Dale Peterson; grandchildren, Devin Nunnery, Elijah Melvin, Dale Peterson, Jr., Kristen Edwards, Emily Peterson, Katelyn Hatcher; great grandchild, Chloe Hatcher; and sisters, Faye V. Fisher, Kaye V. Haney.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm Friday evening at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro, and other times at the home.
