Mr. William Harvey Tyndall, 94, of 203 Church Street, passed away Friday, Jan. 25, 2008 at his home.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Jan. 28, 2008 at 2:00 p. m. at Autryville Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronald Long officiating. Burial with Masonic Rites will follow in Autryville Cemetery.
Mr. Tyndall was a native of Sampson County and the son of the late Almond Agustus and Lillie Naylor Tyndall. He was an Army veteran of World War II, a member of the Roseboro Masonic Lodge # 585 A.F. & A.M. and the Autryville Baptist Church. He was a mechanic before retiring with Roseboro Ford.
Mr. Tyndall is survived by: wife, Margaret Tyndall, of the home; two sons, William Harvey Tyndall, Jr., of Hendersonville and George Almond Tyndall, of Autryville; daughter, Margie Elizabeth Matthews, of Autryville; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
The family will recieve friends Sunday night from 6 till 8 p. m. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
