Mr. William Harvey Tyndall

Autryville Mr. William Harvey Tyndall, 94, of 203 Church Street, passed away Friday, Jan. 25, 2008 at his home. Funeral services will be held Monday, Jan. 28, 2008 at 2:00 p. m. at Autryville Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronald Long officiating. Burial with Masonic Rites will follow in Autryville Cemetery. Mr. Tyndall was a native of Sampson County and the son of the late Almond Agustus and Lillie Naylor Tyndall. He was an Army veteran of World War II, a member of the Roseboro Masonic Lodge # 585 A.F. & A.M. and the Autryville Baptist Church. He was a mechanic before retiring with Roseboro Ford. Mr. Tyndall is survived by: wife, Margaret Tyndall, of the home; two sons, William Harvey Tyndall, Jr., of Hendersonville and George Almond Tyndall, of Autryville; daughter, Margie Elizabeth Matthews, of Autryville; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. The family will recieve friends Sunday night from 6 till 8 p. m. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
