Mr. William Cary Tew, 60 of Autryville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, October 30, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, November 2, 2026 at Baptist Chapel Church with Reverend Tre Wiggins and Reverend James Lassiter officiating. The burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at Baptist Chapel Church.
Mr. Tew was a native of Sampson County, the son of William E. and Dixie Fann Tew.
He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Courtney Waivers and husband Chris of Greenville; and Brittany Howell and husband, Kevin of Augusta, GA; his parents, William and Dixie Tew of Autryville; and three grandchildren, James Waivers, Audrianna Howell and William Howell.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W Roseboro Street, Roseboro, NC 28382.
