Mr. William Linn Slayton, 32 of 11764 Ludhorne Road, Roseboro, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

The funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm Monday at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro, with Reverend Dr. David Bays officiating.

He was born on June 4, 1984 in Randolph County and is preceded in death by his father, Franklin Eugene Slayton.

He is survived by his wife, Christina Slayton; mother, Mary Slayton; sister, Elizabeth Wilkerson; brother, Buddy Slayton; and nephew, Shane Wilkerson.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 6:45 pm Monday prior to the service and other times at the home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Butler Funeral Home, PO Box 638, Roseboro, NC 28382 to help with funeral expense.
