Mr. William N. Ruffin, 51

AUTRYVILLE Mr. William Nelson Ruffin, 51 of 2266 Carry Bridge Road, passed away Monday, February 9, 2009. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at Roseboro Church of God with the Rev. Eddie Smith and Pastor Wayne Aaron officiating. Mr. Ruffin was born in Sampson County and was the son of the late Thomas Lee and Hazel Strickland Ruffin. He was preceded in death by his brother, Henry Farrell Ruffin. Mr. Ruffin is survived by: daughter, Kerri Ruffin, of the home; son, Austin Ruffin, of the home; four sisters, Evelyn Gardner, Ruth Ruffin, Faye Sessoms and Linda Stephens, all of Roseboro; brother, T.L. Ruffin, Jr., of Garland. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10 until 11 A.M. at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations for Austin and Kerri Ruffin trust fund may be made payable to Anita Reynolds, P.O. Box 1357, Roseboro, N.C. 28382. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W.
