Mr. William Clemon Chestnutt

Beulaville Mr. William Clemon Chestnutt, 62, of 281 N. Blizzard Town Road, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2008 at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Evergreen Baptist Church, Autryville, NC with the Rev. Odell Peterson and Rev. Tommy Honeycutt officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Chestnutt is survived by: wife, Mary S. Chestnutt, of the home; daughter, Ruth Davis, of Rose Hill; seven sons, Thomas Chestnutt, James Chestnutt, Paul Chestnutt, William Matthew Chestnutt, Benjamin Bryan Chestnutt and Thomas Orion Strickland, all of Beulaville and Michael Chestnutt, of Harrells; step-son, Randy Strickland, of Beulaville; step-daughter, Michelle Tyndall, of Clinton; four sisters, Annette Gurley, of Warsaw, Geraldine Henderson, of Beulaville, Frances Gurley, of Goldsboro and Patsy Anderson, of Magnolia; two brothers, James Chestnutt, of Wagram and Keith Chestnutt, of Dudley; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
