Mr. William Murray Butler, 77 passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Beacon Place in Greensboro, NC.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, August 20 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with the Pastor Ron Kelley. Burial will follow at Roseboro Cemetery.

Mr. Butler was a native of Sampson County, the son of Murray Hartman and Flora Clyde Spell Butler. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his two sisters, Barbara Koehli of Wilmington; and Brenda McLamb and husband, Jerry of Salemburg; and one brother, Robie Butler and wife, Linda of Eastover.
