ROSEBORO Mr. William Wayne "Billy" Lockwood, 51 of 182 Kelsey Court, Roseboro, died on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 16, 2012 at Faith Chapel Church of God with Rev. Glenn Morgan and Evangelist Deborah Carlisle officiating. Mr. Lockwood was born on November 6, 1961 in Burlington County, New Jersey, to Robert Elmer and Patricia Faye Harris Lockwood. He is preceded in death by his mother. He worked in Maintenance at Dubose Steel. He is survived by: his wife, Annette Faircloth Lockwood of the home; three sons, William Robert Lockwood, Thomas Mitchum and Jeffery Chester Mitchum all of Roseboro; his father and step-mother, Robert Elmer and Margie Lockwood of Roseboro; two brothers, Brian Lockwood of Dunn and Robert Lockwood of Roseboro; two sisters, Robin Annette Carey of Roseboro and Pattie Sue Lockwood of Georgia; and five grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday afternoon at Faith Chapel Church of God following the service. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W.
