Mr. William “Bill” Alvin Matthews, 69 of Stedman went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at Mary Gran Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
No services will be held.
Mr. Matthews was a native of Cumberland County, the son William Marcus and Dorothy Taylor Matthews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He leaves to cherish his memory Dustin Matthews and wife, Ashley; three sisters, Wanda Rodgers, Donna Sue Barbour and Pamela Matthews; two brothers, Ronnie Matthews; and Grey Matthews and wife, Barbara; and three grandchildren, J.B. Matthews, A.J. Matthews and M.J. Matthews.
