Mr. Willey Dwight Knowles, 66 of Willard, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 6, 2026.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Sunrise Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Tommy Honeycutt officiating.

Mr. Knowles was a native of Sampson County, the son of Willey Dixon (Doodle) and Jean Elizabeth Hairr Knowles. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Julie Knowles of the home; two daughters, Shanna McDade (Billy) of Dunn; and Skylar Knowles (Austin) of Willard; two step-daughters, Samantha Powell (Anthony) of Harrells; and Brandi Knight of Leland; four grandchildren; his brother, Russell Knowles (Lisa) of Autryville; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
