Mr. Weldon Horrise House, 79 of 5109 Eason Road, Wade, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

The funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at Butler Funeral Home, Stedman, with Rev. Sherrill Pope officiating. Burial will follow at the Hall Cemetery, South River School Road, Wade, with military honors.

Mr. House was born on September 23, 1935 in Cumberland County to the late Troy Lee and Lillie Frances Brock House. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and worked as a farmer.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 2:45 P.M. Tuesday afternoon at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
