Mr. Weldon E. Hair, 63

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. Weldon Elwood Hair, 63 of Jacksonville died in his home on September 20, 2013. He was born in Cumberland County on February 13, 1950 son of the late Sidney Gilbert Hair and Carrie Marie Faircloth Hair. Mr. Hair worked as a maintenance supervisor with Vulcan Materials. A memorial service will be held at Stedman Church of God of Prophecy on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. with the Rev. Don Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow in Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the Memorial Service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. He is survived by a daughter, Sarah Hair of Fayetteville; 2 sons, Matthew Hair of Hope Mills and Nathan Hair, serving with the US Navy in Japan; granddaughter, Savannah Hair of Hope Mills; 2 sisters, Ann Bullard of Stedman and Loretta Cloer of Fayetteville; brother, Wayne Hair of Stedman. Also surviving are 2 nieces and 5 nephews. Butler Funeral Home of Stedman is assisting the family.
