Wanda Faye (Register) Dozier

Wanda Faye Dozier, 82, passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, December 6, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loved ones.

She was full of love. She loved the beach, fishing, trips, and car rides. She was a wonderful mother and loved her family and was a blessing to many. She enjoyed music, singing, dancing, and was a wonderful cook and enjoyed doing so for family gatherings.

A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Macedonia Baptist Church with Reverend Joe Hickson officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM to 2:50 PM at the church prior to the service.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther Preston Register and Lucille Tew Register; husbands, Bernice Tew, William Boyd Horne, and James O. Dozier; siblings, L P Register, Allie Register, Gray McFayden, and Geraldine Norkett.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Wanda Carol Estep of Fayetteville, Anthony Keith Tew and wife Gina of Raeford, and Billie Faye Horne-Hollingsworth and husband Kenny of Fayetteville; 6 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lessie Mae Tyndall of Wade.
