Wanda Jean (Matthews) Rogers

Wanda Jean Rogers, 77 formerly of Stedman, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 9, 2024.

A local service will be held at a later date.

Jean was born in Sampson County to the late William Marcus Matthews and Dorothy Taylor Matthews.  In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by a son, Rodney K. Rogers; and her brother, Bill Matthews.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Jay Rogers (Krista) of McKinney, TX; grandchildren, Chris, Stephen and Nicholas; brothers, Ronnie Matthews (Gwen Scholl)  and Grey Matthews (Barbara) all of Stedman; and her sisters, Donna Barbour of Lambsburg, VA and Pam Matthews of Stedman.
