Mrs. Virginia B. Vinson, 90

ROSEBORO Mrs. Virginia Bullard Vinson, 90, of 1181 Mill Creek Church Road, passed away Friday, April 10, 2009 at Mary Gran Nursing Center. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 13, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Mill Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Honeycutt and Rev. Roger White officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Vinson was a native of Sampson County and the daughter of the late William Ham and Romelia Baker Bullard. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Vinson is survived by: daughter, Melba Vinson, of Raleigh; two sons, Charles Huston Vinson, of Lincolnton, NC and Mark Vinson, of Kenansville; sister, Nellie Wilson, of Roseboro; 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 6 until 8 PM at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
