STEDMAN, Mrs. Virginia Louise Carlisle, 78, died in Sampson Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, April 30, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday May 4 at Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Rd., Stedman, NC with Rev. Glenn Morgan and Rev. Stephen Long officiating. Burial will follow in the Roseboro Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Mrs. Carlisle was a textile worker with Charles Craft Textile in Roseboro.. She is survived by 3 sons: Mike Carlisle and wife Linda of Hope Mills, Travis Carlisle and wife, Hye of Stedman, and Tim Carlisle of Stedman; sisters: Bessie Mae Monday of Herring and Esther Davis of Jacksonville; 8 Grandchildren, Richie, Misty, Jennifer, Granville, Tara, Brandi, Randi and Jacob; 5 Great-grandchilden, Tyler, Madison, Damian, Ian and Christina.
