Mrs. Virginia Rollins Bain, 86, of Eastover, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at her home surrounded by her family.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with Reverend Mari Wiles officiating. The burial will follow at Old Bluff Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Godwin.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 1:50 PM on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman prior to the service.

Mrs. Virginia was born in Cumberland County, the daughter of Franklin Rollins and Fannie Beard Rollins. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Billy Frederick Bain, Sr.; a daughter, Sarah Jones; and two brothers, Paul Rollins and Franklin Rollins. She worked at Roses for 39 years.

She is survived by three children, Tammy Clemo and husband Tim, Michael Bain and wife Renee, and Billy Bain, Jr. and wife Pamela; five grandchildren, Emily Clemo, Rachel Nauman and husband Matt, Ryan Jones, Kristen Jones, and Aaron Bain and wife Amirah; one great grandchild, Jackson Nauman; one sister, Minnie Cherry; one sister-in-law, Barbara Rollins; and many nieces and nephews.
