STEDMAN Mrs. Vila Mae Page Autry, 92 of 1339 Magnolia Church Road, Stedman, died on Friday, August 24, 2012 at Bethesda Health Care Facility in Fayetteville. The funeral will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 26, 2012 at Clement Baptist Church with Dr. James E. Dees, Jr. and Rev. W.O. Reiber officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Autry was born on October 30, 1919 in Sampson County to the late Julius William and Mary Alice Giles Page. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Lincoln Autry. She worked as a cook and waitress with Carroll's Grill. She is survived by: her daughter, Fonda Autry Crumpler of Stedman; her son, Jerry Daniel Autry of Burgaw; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman and other times at the home.
