Mrs. Victoria Elizabeth (Powers) Allen, 68 of Stedman, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 4, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family.

No Services will be held.

Mrs. Allen was born on April 8, 1956 in Oakland, Maryland. She was the daughter of Joseph and Mary Ann Ingram Powers. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Michael Allen of the home; three children, Jennifer Ryder and husband, Matt; Brian Allen and wife, Jen; and Patrick Skipper and wife, Toni; her granddaughter, Morgan; two sisters, Patricia “Skip” Lindstrom; and Joanne Anderson; and her brother, Thomas Powers.
