Mr. Victor John Plant, 74

Fayetteville Mr. Victor John Plant, 74, of Fayetteville, passed away on Friday, Feb. 4, 2011 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Baptist Church with Dr. Odell Peterson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Plant was born on November 14, 1936 in Brooklyn, New York to the late John Herbert Victor Plant and Gladys Jeanne Dorbecker Plant. He was a manager in the Building Supply Industry before retiring and was a Navy Veteran. Mr. Plant is survived by: son, Kenneth Plant and wife Carol Ann, of Autryville; grandson, Kenneth Evan Plant.
