AUTRYVILLE
Mrs. Vernice Faircloth, 78 of 205 W. Clinton Street, Autryville died on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at 4:00 PM at the Autryville Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronald Long and Rev. Richard Spell officiating. Burial will follow in the Autryville Cemetery.
Mrs. Faircloth was a native of Cumberland County, the daughter of the late Neil Clem and Nona Mae Culbreth Faircloth. She was the widow of the late Solomon James Faircloth. She was a retired teacher's assistant with the Sampson County Schools.
She is survived by her daughter, Jeanette Herring of Roseboro; a son, Jakie Faircloth of Autryville; brother, D. C. Faircloth of Stedman; four grandchildren, Nichole F. Maroschak, Jonathan Faircloth, James Herring, and Michael Herring; one great grandchild, Kel Maroschak.
The family will receive friends from 3-4 PM Thursday, August 26, 2010 at the Autryville Baptist Church.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
