Graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Faith Builders Christian Church Cemetery, officiating will be Pastor Casey Welker.
Todd leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Chanda Clark; sons, Larry and Nathan Clark; father, Burdette Clark; brother, Darren Clark; and sister-in-law, Claudia Clark.
