Timothy “Tim” Dale Loughman, 61 passed away on Friday, July 4, 2025 at Valley Hospice House surrounded by his family.

Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Rev. Ron Webb. Honors will be provided by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service.

Tim is preceded in death by his parents, Norman Frank Loughman and Mildred May Lauterbach Loughman.

Tim was a retired Lieutenant with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Ruby Loughman; children, Victoria Melvin & husband, Chris, Timothy Adam Loughman & wife, Sarah, and Erica Brooke Webb & husband, Nathan; grandchildren, Jaylin, Henry and George Loughman, Connor Brady, and Fred Webb; brother, Mark Loughman & wife, Arleen; and sister, Faith Oliver & husband, Jeff.
