Mr. Terry Ray Sessoms, 61 of Clinton  went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, May 16, 2025 at his home.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at White Oak Baptist Church in Clinton with Pastor Jim Lofts and Pastor Cameron Knowles officiating. The burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:50 PM on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at the church prior to the service.

Mr. Sessoms was a native of Sampson County, the son of David Ray Sessoms and Boneta Joan Butler Knowles. He was preceded in death by his mother; his grandparents, Murdie and Bertie Sessoms; and William W.N. "Cooner" and MacDonald Butler. He was a member of White Oak Baptist Church. He worked with Murphy Brown LLC for 25 years and he also worked with Fann Farms for 14 years.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Sheila Butler Sessoms of the home; two children, Rollin Sessoms (April "Boo") of Godwin; and Lauren Tokoly (Addison) of Clinton; five grandchildren, Harlynn Tokoly, Paxton Tokoly, Hallie Tokoly, Eva Sessoms and Easton Sessoms; his brother, Monte Sessoms (Lynn) of Salemburg; and his father, David Ray Sessoms.

Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W Roseboro Street, Roseboro, NC 28382.
