Mrs. Terri Lynn (Nelson) Niesen, 58 formerly of Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away Monday, April 22, 2019 at Vidant Health Hospice in Greenville, NC.

A catholic prayer service will be held at 12:00pm Friday, April 26, 2019 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Chaplain Anthony Kazarnowicz.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday, April 25, 2019 at the funeral home.

Inurnment will take place at 2:00pm Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery Columbarium in Little Falls, Minnesota.

She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Edward Nelson; and grandchildren, Gwenivere and Ezekiel Niesen.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Niesen; children, Jennifer (Niesen) Yack & husband, Avery, Jonathan Niesen & wife, Virginia, Amanda (Niesen) Jiwani & husband, Zaman and Angela (Niesen) Hitchcock & husband, Brent; mother, Dolores Jensen Nelson; grandchildren, Kayson Yack, Asher, Malcolm & Penelope Niesen, Dastan & Aiden Jiwani, Evalynn Matta and Kayden Hitchcock; sister, Marilee Sagat & husband, John and their children; and brother Jay Nelson & wife, Maureen and their children.

The family request that if you send flowers, please send flowers and plants that can be replanted in Terri's beautiful butterfly garden.
