Mrs. Susan Newell Smith Woodlief

Fayetteville Mrs. Susan Newell Smith Woodlief, 90, of Highland House in Fayetteville passed away Thursday, May 22, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe P. Woodlief, Sr. and a great-granddaughter, Shyloh Peace Konig. She is survived by her children, Sandra Woodlief Harn of Fayetteville and Joe P. Woodlief, Jr., of Garland; six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; four step great great-grandchildren and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 24, 2008 at 11:00 am at the Robert T. Smith Family Cemetery between Elizabethtown and White Lake. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to: Medical Foundation of NC, Division of Pediatric Cardiology, c/o Dr. Henry, Chapel Hill, NC 27599-7220 in memory of Shyloh Peace Konig.
