Mr. Steven J. Skeels, 44

ROSEBORO Mr. Steven Jeffrey Skeels, 44 of 912 Williams Lake Road, died on Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton. Mr. Skeels was born in 1963 in Ontario County, New York. He is preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Wolcott. He worked as a Dairy Farmer. Mr. Skeels is survived by: his wife, Kelley Lea Vance Skeels of the home; his father, Clarence Skeels of Lyons, NY; his sister, Cindy Hargett of Granite Falls, NC; two brothers, Darrell Skeels of New York, NY, and Ronald Skeels of PA; two children, Timothy Skeels and Courtney Rodriguez; and one grandchild, Mia Rodriguez. Family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
