Mrs. Stella Ann West Sipe, 71

FAYETTEVILLE Mrs. Stella Ann West Sipe, 71, of Fayetteville died Monday, July 8, 2013 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. She was owner and operator of West Photography Studios in Fayetteville prior to her retirement. She was predeceased by her parents, Veat Matthews and Beulah Wrench Matthews and two husbands, Jerry David West and John Earl Sipe, and four brothers, Willie Matthews, Denton Matthews, Bob Matthews and J.V. Matthews. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 11 at Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Greg Dixon and Rev. Samuel Pope officiating. Interment will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park. She is survived by: two daughters, Jerrie Ann West Smith and Wendy West Holder, both of Fayetteville; one brother, Ashford Matthews of Albemarle; four sisters, Bea Sheets, Lou Daniels, Frances Travis and Ruth Pope, all of Stedman; one granddaughter, Natalie Paige West Smith of Fayetteville; one step-daughter, Crystal DeMund of Charlotte and one step-grandson, Raymond DeMund of Charlotte. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M., Thursday July 11 at Stedman Pentecostal Holiness Church.
