Sondra Gail (Mclamb) Tew

Autryville

Mrs. Sondra Gail (McLamb) Tew, 66 of Autryville went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with her Hal by her side.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Union Grove Baptist Church, 395 Vander Road, Salemburg, NC.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday, January 24, 2025 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro and at other times at the home.

Mrs. Tew was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of Nathan and Blanche Spell McLamb. She was preceded in death by her parents. She was retired as a store clerk from Smith Enterprise.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Hal Tew of the home; her daughter, Faron Davis and husband, Matthew of Autryville; her son, Darren Tew and wife, Ashley of Autryville; two grandchildren, Chelsea Tew and Mackenzie Davis; her special brother, Thomas McLamb of Roseboro; five aunts, Genevieve Humbert, Patsy Markham, Janet Thompson, Shirley Cooper, Linda Baggett and husband, Larry; two uncles, Woody Spell and Roy Williams; and two special cousins, Lynette Honeycutt and Phoebe West.
