Shirley Annette (Spell) Hall

Mrs. Shirley Annette Spell Hall, 85 passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2022.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Evergreen Baptist Church with Reverend Charles Davis and Reverend Tommy Honeycutt. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 11:50 AM at the church prior to the service.

She was raised in Roseboro; she later married and lived in Stedman, NC. In 1970, she moved to Beaver Dam where she worked as a home maker and book keeper.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Oscar M. and Maggie Bradshaw Spell; and her siblings, Frances Little, Olloween Culbreath and Bobby Joe Spell.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years Robert James Hall; daughters, Teresa Blake (Vic) and Karla Edge (Chris); sisters, Marie Amelung, Mary Blitch and Magdalene Haney. Shirley had two grandson, Christopher (Michelle) and Ryan (Morgan), five great-grandchildren, twelve nieces and thirteen nephews.
