Sheila Underwood Collins

Mrs. Sheila Underwood Collins, 72 passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Stedman, officiating will be Rev. Andy Wood. Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.

Sheila is preceded in death by her parents, Johnathan A. Johnson and Margaret Garner Johnson; husband, Ernest “Ernie” Badger Collins; brothers, John Alexander Johnson, Jr. and Wayne Johnson; and her sister, Patricia Jackson.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Theron Michael Johnson, Amanda Leonynette Underwood & fiancé, Oliver Curry, Nikita Underwood Robinson & husband, Anthony, Janay Avery, and Leona Baucom; grandchildren, Dymon Scott, Kamani Underwood, NyLeon McKinney, Moyon McKinney, Bella Robinson, Keon McBride, and JeVon Robinson; and her sister-in-law’s, Grace and Linda Johnson.
