Mrs. Sandra Fisher Hightower, 73 went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 11, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Monday, November 14, 2022 at Beaver Dam Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM Monday at the church prior to the service.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Arnie Dunaway Fisher and Eura Mae Melvin Fisher; brother, Leslie Wayne Fisher; nephew, David Smith; mother-in-law, Helen Hightower; father-in-law, James T. Hightower, Jr.; sister-in-law, Diane Fisher and brother-in-law’s, Charlie Spell, Roy Smith and Bobby Norris.

Sandra worked as a hair stylist at Salon 31 in Stedman.  She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew her.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Russell P. Hightower of the home; son, Derek Hightower of Stedman; sisters, Linda Spell of Stedman, Joann Smith of Roseboro, and Faye Norris of Fayetteville; brothers, Franklin Plato Fisher & wife, Diana of Eastover, Leckie D. Fisher & wife, Wanda of Greenville, SC, and Jerry Fisher & wife, Barbara of Fuquay Varina; and brother and sister-in-law, T.L. and Lonna Hightower of Lafayette, GA.
