Mr. Sammy Ray Nettles, 66

SALEMBURG

Mr. Sammy Ray Nettles, 66 of Salemburg, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017 at his home.

He was born May 25, 1950 in Sampson County and was the son of the late Sam M. and Ruth Evans Nettles. He worked as an Automobile Salesman.

He is survived by his wife, Janice T. Nettles; granddaughter by heart, Blair Wenrich; two god-daughters, Fran T. Wenrich and husband George, Gloria T. Stancil and husband Keith; sister, Martha Dean Peters and husband Franklin; brother, Johnny Nettles; sister-in-law, Idell Holland; brothers-in-law, O.C. Tyndall and wife Lois, Huston Tyndall and wife Gail, Carl Tyndall and wife Dianne; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at 3:00pm Tuesday, February 28, in the Life Center of Hollands Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2069 Huntley School Road, Roseboro, with the visitation following the service. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made for the Cemetery Center Monument and sent to Hollands Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2069 Huntley School Road, Roseboro, NC 28382.
