FAYETTEVILLE
Mr. Ryan Lee Bueing, 46, of Fayetteville, died Monday, May 19 at his home. He was a retired Staff Sergeant with the US Army, 82d Airborne Division. He was born in Snohomish County, WA, September 1, 1967, the son of Waldo J. Bueing and Sandra L. Helmick. He is predeceased by a grandson, Justin Blake Bueing.
Mr. Bueing completed several tours of duty in both Iraq and Afghanistan and received the US Army Bronze Star and the Purple Heart among many other commendations. He was a US Army Ranger and was a member of the Army Special Forces.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, May 25 at Fisher Cemetery, Magnolia Church Rd., Stedman, NC with Rev. Wanda Hatmaker officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Julia Renee' Bueing of the home; two sons, Nickolas C. Bueing of Vander and Matthew W. Beitman of St. Augustine, FL; one daughter, Haley Nickol Bueing of Vander; parents, Waldo L. Bueing of Redmond, WA and Sandra L. Bueing of Edmonds, WA; three brothers, Michael C. Bueing of Edmonds, WA, Mark Bueing of Lynnwood, WA and David Bueing of Yakima, WA; two sisters, Jenny M. Bueing of Redmond, WA and Cheryl A. Beardslee of Edmonds, WA; one granddaughter, Chloe Renee' Bueing ; ten nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday, May 24 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
