Ruth Marie (Murray) Deboever

Ruth Marie Murray DeBoever, 88, of Fayetteville, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born August 14, 1932 in Allendale, MO to the late Samuel William and Lola Roberts Murray.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold L. DeBoever and her sister, Ellen Smith.

She is survived by two daughters; Marcia Tarrant of the home and Patricia Brown and husband, Dale, of Myrtle Beach, SC and son Butch DeBoever and wife, Ann, of Taylorsville, NC. Also left to cherish her memory are three grandchildren: Jennifer Morrissey and husband, Andrew of Senoia, GA, Sky DeBoever and wife Keely, of Hope Mills, NC and Len DeBoever and wife Taavy of Charlotte; three great-grandchildren, Taylor Mulcahy of Fayetteville, Drew Morrissey of Senoia and Camden DeBoever of Charlotte.  Two special nieces also survive Mrs. DeBoever, Pamela Penick and Connie Beever.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 27 at 11:00 AM at Iredell Memorial Park, 2304 Shelton Avenue, Statesville NC.  Dr. Phil Spears will officiate.
