Ruth Elma (Brock) Faircloth

Mrs. Ruth Elma Brock Faircloth, 85 of Salemburg went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with Rev. William Tew, Minister Jordan Faircloth and Rev. Bryan Strickland officiating.  Burial will follow in the Salemburg Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Faircloth was a native of Sampson County.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul L. Faircloth; her parents, Ulie Alvin and Lela Tanner Brock; and two brothers, Harvey Brock and George Brock. She was a homemaker and was a member of Salemburg P.F.W.B. Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Nancy Ruth Faircloth (Rob), Betty Sue F. Hardison (Rex) and Sherry Ann Faircloth (Cynthia Saar) all of Salemburg; three sons, Roger Paul Faircloth (Angela), Danny Alvin Faircloth (Beth) and Jamey Brock Faircloth all of Salemburg; sister, Geneva Brock Faircloth of Salemburg; brother-in-law, Bobby R. Faircloth of Southport; grandchildren, Christopher Hardison, Allen P. Faircloth, Joshua L. Hardison, Nicholas Faircloth, Travis Faircloth, Jordan Faircloth, Matthew Faircloth, Cameron Faircloth and Connor Faircloth; great grandchildren, Austin Hardison, Harley Hardison, Colton Faircloth, Elijah Faircloth, Payton Beal and Chloe Parker.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday, January 20, 2023 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
