Mrs. Ruby Joyce Matthews, 65

AUTRYVILLE

Mrs. Ruby Joyce Matthews, 65 of 7079 Autry Highway, Autryville, passed away Monday, May 25, 2015 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

The funeral will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 29, 2015 at Faith Builders Christian Center, 2600 Wade Stedman Road, Stedman, with Rev. Casey Welker officiating.

Mrs. Matthews was born on November 12, 1949 in Cumberland County to the late Allmond and Hilda Warren Bass. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Matthews of the home; daughters, Kathy Matthews of Des Moines, WA, Tammy Matthews of Burien, WA, and Amber Matthews of Des Moines, WA; grandchildren, Cyrus Matthews and Lex Matthews; sister, Brenda Heisler of Seffner, FL; and son-in-law, Aman.

The family will receive friends following the service Friday in the Church Sanctuary.
