ROSEBORO
Mrs. Ruby C. Faircloth, 80, of 104 Herbie Rd. went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, May 1, 2008 with loving family members by her side.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, May 4, 2008 at 3:00 P.M. at Beulah United Methodist Church with Revs. Bobby Herring, Andy Wood and Stan Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Faircloth was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of the late Herman and Lillian Cooper Cannady. She was the widow of the late Junius Herbie Faircloth. She was preceded in death by one son, Junius Ray Faircloth. She was a devoted member of Beulah United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, James Herbie Faircloth and wife, Nancy of Roseboro; one daughter, Sue Fann and husband, Danny of Roseboro; one brother, James Cannady of Fayetteville; four sisters, June Dillon and Becky Hairr, both of Greensboro, Lilly Bell Hobbs of Fairfax, VA and Martha Hayes of Fayetteville; seven grandchildren, Brett Faircloth and wife, Kim, Todd Faircloth and wife, Mellissa, Angela Faircloth, Stephanie Herring and husband, Eddie, Jay Faircloth, Gina Fann and Tyler Fann; seven great grandchildren, Megan Faircloth, Trace Faircloth, Colby Faircloth, Spencer Herring, L.J. Faircloth, Kenndallyn Faircloth and Dylan Fann.
The family will receive friends at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro on Saturday evening, May 3, 2008 from 6-8 P.M. and at other times at the home.
