Mr. Royal Henry Whaley, Jr. 79 of Roseboro passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022 at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

There will no services held.

Mr. Whaley was a native of Pender County, the son of Royal Henry Whaley, Sr. and Mildred Lee Hardison Whaley.  He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Linda Ann Whaley; son, Royal Henry (Bo) Whaley, III; daughter, April Lee Whaley and six brothers.

He is survived by two daughters, Teresa Ferguson and Linda Johnson; sister, Marilyn Fussell; and seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
